Salt, oil, and sugar are cheap flavor shortcuts. When we eliminate them, we rely on these five functional pillars to activate taste buds and create rich culinary depth.

Aromatics & Spices

The foundational structure. Slow-cooked alliums, roots, and spices build high-notes that lift a dish and trigger deep flavor receptors.

Key elements: Onion, garlic, shallots, ginger, toasted cumin, smoked paprika, fresh cilantro, black pepper.

The savory weight. By using ingredients rich in natural glutamates, we create the comforting, mouth-watering satiety that salt typically mimics.
